What forms of payment do you accept?

You Silly Duffer accepts Paypal as well as Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.

Do you ship to my country?

I reckon so! If you don’t see your country listed in the drop down menu please send me a line and we’ll figure it out.

How much is shipping?

Too much. Shipping is expensive kids!  I hope I can figure out a way to bring down the cost for international duffers at some point but as I'm just starting out there's not much I can do for the time being.

How do you ship your pins?

All orders are mailed by first-class parcel post.

Can I track my order once shipped?

If you live in the U.S. yep!  Unfortunately tracking is not possible on international orders, bummer.

Returns/Refunds?

Nope. Of course if your order doesn't arrive, or if your order arrives damaged (yikes! I’m sorry!), please let me know and we'll work it out.
